we are New Zealand manufucturing company and imported around 9000 hlass jarsfrom this supplier, including 35hm jars with lids. Lucy was very helpful duting the order and payment process. After reciving the order, we found serious problems with the 350gm and lids. They could not hold the vacuum pressure. We carried out many tests and provided the supplier with two detailed reports, videos, evidence, and physical samples. Despite this, we have been repeatedly asked to wait for management feedback without receiving a clear final solution. We also found dimensional differences between jars from different moulds, which can create major problems with the capping machines. Our tests also indicated that the supplied lids were not sealing properly. Alternative lids purchased in New Zealand worked correctly with the same jars and machine. Unfortunately, the are very quickly in the payment receiving. I would not order from this supplier again. Finaly Lucy is kind but her company is the problem
